Bullets & Billets

The original first edition of Bullets & Billets was published in December 1916 by Grant Richards in London, who also released a deluxe Limited Edition was issued the following year. To meet demand from Commonwealth countries, Grant Richards also produced a Colonial Edition. The American publishing rights to the book were sold to G P Putnam, who had already issued their own editions of Fragments from France. The American edition was complemented by a Canadian edition distributed by Gordon & Gotch. There was even a Danish edition, translated from the original text and published under the title 'Storm og Stile.'
