Between March 1929 and August 1931 fourteen cartoons by Bruce Bairnsfather were published in the then fledgling (it was only established in 1925) American magazine The New Yorker. Several others he submitted for consideration - the last in 1933 - were rejected.
All fourteen of his published drawings are shown below, along with the date of the issue in which they appeared.
